Reedem code successful but still have no access to Adobe XD app

Hello! I earned a free 9-month membership to Adobe XD from Google, through Coursera.

I redeemed the code on my mobile phone and it got redeemed successfully and then signed in on my desktop but I still have no access to Adobe XD.  I really need this to be sorted out as it very important for me. I would really appreciate any help and feedback.

The path taken to redeem the voucher is as follows:
  • Opened "Claim Your Reward" Email from Coursera
  • Clicked  blue "Claim Your Reward" Button within email. That opened a window to my Coursera account/messages screen
  • I clicked on the message that read "View Your Reward"
  • A pop-up appeared with a blue button reading "Claim Your Reward", I clicked that.
  • It opened a new window from Adobe Partner Offer Redemptions
  • I clicked the "select" button next to 9 month Adobe XD membership. The screen then changed to a screen that read "Your code has been successfully redeemed".
  • And then i signed in on my laptop But it still does not give me access to Adobe XD....It still shows the "Try" and "Buy" option.................It also shows this when i sign in on my phone in desktop mode

Tried these but none of them didn't work

  • Re-entering the code does not work it says it's already been redeemed

  • Signing in and out of the adobe cloud app on all devices as well as restarting the computer did not work

Thanks in advance.

Is there an offline installer exe for the CC desktop app?

I've installed it ages ago but as I see it you first need to download installer exe to be able to install it, it might be connecting to the internet and downloading files to be able to install the app but I don't know any other way: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html This page actually suggests some alternative downloads also, be sure to check if you haven't! 😊

Hi @Haey, as I see in this conversartion I'd try @Atul_Saini 's suggestion:

"

Thank you for reaching out. It appears that the Coursera support team would be able to assist you appropriately with this APO codes issue.

Meanwhile, I can certainly help you download the Adobe XD starter version. Please use this link to download Adobe XD on your machine: -https://www.adobe.com/products/xd/pricing/starter-plan.html

Please update this discussion if you need further assistance."

Hope this helps!

Does it seem like it is the APO code issue?, It didn't display anything about APO code it said the code has been successfully redeemed...... But it still tells me to either opt for the free trial or buy plans.

Hi @Haey, ah you're right, Adobe Partner Offer Redemptions code was successfully entered, I had missed that, sorry. Thinking what I'd do, I'd suggest contacting support then: https://helpx.adobe.com/support/xd.html if you haven't already, maybe meanwhile some other expert suggests something. Hope this helps!
