remove the Adobe XD share link

“I would like to remove the Adobe XD share link associated with a former employee. How can I do that?”

@15561216 If the Account is still active, you can still log into the former employee's account (or have them log in one last time), go to assets.adobe.com. Click on the Published tab on the left sidebar. Find the specific XD link. Click the three dots (...) or the checkbox and select Delete. This kills the URL permanently. If that link contains sensitive data, it will remain "live" until the link itself is manually deleted from the Adobe Assets website.

Thank you for your response. However, since we no longer have access to the former employee’s account, we are unable to remove it.

@15561216 I would then select the work and copy to a new document and share that new link.

Go back to the old copy and select all, and delete the work. You could leave a note to ask for the link — don't paste the new link there, defeating the whole purpose of that! I still have access to certain links that I was part of a team creating them, and hand it off.
