Request for Default Responsive resize option

PLEASE

please add a custom default setting for RESPONSIZE RESIZE

i catch myself swearing after resizng some elements and the responsive resize is on, and i have to see all the horror things it is trying to make.

i would be happy to set this settings to OFF as default
