Retrieving Adobe Cloud files

Last year I got my first Adobe Cloud licence that lasted for a year and I had to renew/extend it this year. I did not do it on time, and I renewed it a few days later. I couldn't recall if I chose the "business" account instead of the personal one to log in last year, but I think I had the personal one last year. This year I clicked on the business one and noticed that most of the work I made on Adobe XD and Illustrator all disappeared. I tried retrieving them, but it says I need to give access from my personal one for the business one I currently have??? I tried switching to see if I still have access to it normally on my personal one, but it also shows that I need to pay after starting a trial for the chosen Adobe program? I don't know, I'm so confused and lost. I don't know how to solve this. I just want to retrieve and have access to everything I made the past year. Can somebody please help me out? Thank you!
