Save files gone

I just launched Adobe XD for the first time in a few months. Performed the updated. After launch, all my older work is gone. I am not sure if I had saved to my computer or the Cloud. Can someone assist me with finding if my files are on my computer (which folder the default save to), or how to find them in the Adobe Cloud?
