How do I download synced files?

Under: https://assets.adobe.com/files is a Synced file section.

I work for a large enterprise and a contractor who has left the company has some files in above location. I need to save these files in case the Business Unit still needs the file before we delete the contractor's ID.

    Contractor has left our company and we're trying to ensure that when we delete the contractor ID/account from Adobe Cloud, we don't delete anything the Busniess Unit still needs.

    The BU has provided us some sample URLs. How do I determine if any of the resources used by these public links does not rely on the contractor account we are looking to delete.
