Scroll-based animations?

Am I the only web designer who wishes prototyping software, Adobe XD but also others out there, had the ability to prototype scroll-based animations? I have tested XD, InVision Studio, Protopie, etc. none of which, based on my assessment, can easily (or with difficulty) create scroll based animations which seems like an essential part of prototyping a web experience. Particularly surprised by Protopie...

Am I missing something?
