Scroll Group causing a color shift on certain layers

Is anyone else experiencing a color shift on certain layers when they use scroll groups? The issue occurs in the design preview and development preview. Doesn't reflect on the artboard. I've already tried restarting the computer, creating a new document, and updating my computer. None of them have fixed the issue.
