Scroll Groups can´t be placed over background

Question

Hi there, can somebody please explain where the background is in the layer segment? trying to enable a scroll group in a certain section for a website prototype with a grey background and either the background layer is above the scroll group, which makes scrolling not work or the layer is beneath the scroll group and the scroll goup cannot be seen. Also it only works wit th the first item of the scrolluing group - can somebody help?

Sorry for the delay in response. Would you mind sharing the screenshot or video of your workflow? I would also like to know if you are applying the scroll groups on the artboard itself.
