Scrolling in Adobe Experience

I have watched the scrolling tutorial but it seems I still cannot get the functionality to scroll both vertically and horizontally. The problem is that the scrolling option is not appearing

    Yes I am trying to scroll artboards, The problem that I am finding is that when I select an artboard and increase its height so that I can display more content, the scrolling section of the property inspector is not showing so when I can in Desktop Preview of the artboard the scrolling isn't working.

    Are you talking about scrolling artboards? Could you describe the steps you are taking and where things go wrong?
