Send documents from your business profile to your personal profile

Question

When I logged in as an individual after leaving the company after using xd at work, there were no documents stored in the cloud. As a result of inquiry, there is a saying that there is a difference between a business profile and a personal profile, but I can't find it because the business profile has expired.

If so, do I have to purchase and save the business profile again in order to save the files in the business file?

Thanks for reaching out. In case if you're able to access the file then you can transfer the asset manually by following the steps shared here https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/transfer-assets.html If you're unable to access the files from the business profile, you can ask the Admin to reclaim the asset for you by following the steps shared here https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/asset-reclamation.html
