Set 2 different button taps within a hover action

I have created a component.  Within it, there is a hover action that moves a image. Once the image has moved, another 2 images (buttons) appear.  I want to be able to click (tap) on one button or the other dependant on which I choose.  I am able to only click on one button.  The other button does not respond to the "tap" command.  Is there a fix for this?
