Share file stuck on first transition

Can anyone help me diagnose why my shared Adobe XD file sticks on the first page transition?

^^ click the first option 'Reduce operating costs'.

If you use the navigation tool at the bottom and then go back to the first screen it works, but if you try straight away, I just get an endless loading icon.
