[SHARE]- Full screen preview issue on iPhone 8

Hi there

 

I have created a prototype and a link for user testing. Using the 'full screen' mode works well on an Android phone screen but not on an iPhone 8 screen. I have tried adding "?featureset=fullscreenScaleToFit&fullscreen" to the prototype URL, but that still doesn't help. 

 

Any ideas on what I need to be doing?

Thanks for reaching out. I'd request if you can share a few more details like:

 

  1. Are you trying to preview on the XD app on the iPhone or a browser?
  2. Could you please share a screenshot of how the preview looks in Android and on the iPhone.
  3. Will it be possible for you to share the file so that we can check from our end?

Hi Rishabh. I've been using the browser version of the prototype, not the XD app. I would like to send the link out to potential users for testing, and so have been testing on my own devices to start with.

I've shared my screen shots and link to my file via private message with you. If you could let me know if you can find the problem, that will be great.

Thanks for sharing the file Zap. I tried previewing the file on my end on an iPhone XR and it looks good. I have attached the screenshot. The viewing experience between android and iPhone may differ because of the screen resolution of the device.
