Share link to the same URL by different team members

Hi all,

I would like to know if there is any option to create a share link that can be updated by different team members and always points to the same URL.

Our problem is that when we share our designs through a link in order to be reviewed by stakeholders, it can only be updated by the person who initially created the link. If any other team member makes changes to the layout, you can't update the link, just create a new one.

Is there an option to share the document between team members or at least keep the same link URL between them?
