[Share]-Mobile Real-Time Preview is disabled in XD.

Mobile real-time preview is disabled.

The same iPhone and USB cable work on other laptops.
But, It doesn't work on the new laptop...

Is there a solution?

I use LG gram(Windows 10) / iPhone X.
