Share Publish Prototype - This service is temporarily unavailable

Hi,

I am not able to share a Prototype in XD.

I am using Adobe XD CC on a Mac OS Sierra version 10.12.5, I am located in Melbourne Australia.

When I try to Share - Publish Prototype the drop down message displays:

This service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.

My files range from 80kb test files to 25mb, none of which can I prototype

Is this a:

  • Release issue with Australia?
  • Firewall or Proxy server settings that prevents share — although I have full access to the Adobe CC?
  • Licence issue?

Any guidance towards this would be appreciated

Before we proceed, can you let us know if you are on a home network or an office network? You can try disabling your firewalls and anti-virus temporarily to see if the publish will go through.
