[SHARE]- Seeking Collaboration Tips: Sharing a Flow in XD

Hey Folks,

 

I'm an XD newbie and currently working as an Experience Designer with a UI/UX Designer and a 3 person Dev team for a Start-up in Sao Paulo. I love the ''design review" feature in XD and we have been using comments as a team with great success. However, I feel a major lack of options for a crucial collaboration moment: developing, referencing and editing our flow.

 

For example, someone leaving feedback for our screens on the dev team may constantly ask "what is the context of this screen?" Even I lose track and have to toggle between views in the review feature and the main editing canvas to remember which screen leads where. 

 

Any tips?

    You can ask to pin areas with mark. May be that can help

     

    To pin or move your comments to indicate specific areas in the artboard, click Place a pin, and then click the specific location in the artboard. Type in your comment and click Submit to submit the comment. You can also switch from a regular comment to a pinned comment. XD. assigns a number to every pinned comment

      This is the best way of communicating with the Engineering and Product Management teams regarding issues and suggestions so they can be implemented in future releases.
