Hi,

I have a co worker that is blind and I was wondering if I can share my prototype in HTML or in any format so it can be compatible with a screen reader.

Thanks!

Unforuntately no at this time. I would suggest sending that request to the team via UserVoice (https://adobexd.uservoice.com/forums/353007-adobe-xd-feature-requests).
