[SHARE]- when creating a development link some pages are blocked

Thanks for reaching out. Adobe XD only publishes those artboards that are connected to the home artboard. This happens when the other artboards are not connected directly or indirectly to the home artboard. So either they should be connected or there should be no home artboard.
