Shared file - Can not open document (no account issue, latest version, can open via Desktop App)

Hello,

I have issues when I share a file from my Adobe XD account (Creative Cloud app or Adobe XD app) with someone.

When I share it, the person receives the email but cannot open it after clicking on the link (an issue mentioned many times in other discussions).


However, we don’t have any account issues. We both have the latest version of Adobe XD and when he tries to open my file in his Creative Cloud Desktop app under "Shared with you," he can open it.

So, does the issue come from the email sent?

    @Alvin5EAC Yes, the issue almost certainly comes from the email sent/the link within the email.
