My boss and I constantly work on the same files in CC. Our XD files rarely synch up properly. We were wondering if it was a bug or something we are doing wrong. He will be working on it and then I will open it and work on it. More times than not we get the Conflict file message. But most of the time I will work on the file and save up to CC but when he opens it up to see the changes, he sees the old file.

Does anyone have any suggestions? We have gotten so when we work on the file and make a change we immediately close the file so we get no conflicts but that doesn't seem to be helping. Any suggestions are welcome please.

Thank you for your time in looking into this. I think we have figured out that this is just a simple case of both of us having the file open and not realizing it. It makes sense. We can close this case now. Thank again for your time Atul.

Unfortunately CC Sync since the beginning is very slow and far away from Dropbox-Performance…

Did you also try a Server, NAS or Dropbox/OneDrive?

    Good luck.

    Hi Jamesgrubb,

Sorry for the trouble that it has caused to you. Could you please collect the logs using this tool: - Log Collector Tool. Please upload it to CC or dropbox and share the link using private message.

We would need these logs for further investigation on this. Awaiting your response.

    Thanks,

The following file has been uploaded on Adobe LogCollector Portal:

    File: AdobeLogs_20181205_085017_c96894ab-647c-4ba8-959f-9de91be8aa30-win.zip

Please use the above filename as a reference when contacting Adobe Customer Care.

I hope this is what you are looking for. I ran it and they came back with this. Please let me know if you need anything else.
