Shared Libraries can be find and add in Creative Cloud, but could not use in XD

Question

Hi,I recently erased my Mac and when I check libraries shared with me, they are all good in CC, and in "Manage Libraries" > "Browse shared libraries" ( And status all shows they have been added to my library).But when I open XD and click the left library panel, there are nothing, I tried to updated App, restarted my Mac many times , it just doesn't work.......Please anyone can help, our works are highly relied on libraries. Thank you!

I'm sorry you're experiencing difficulties with the library panel in Adobe XD. Libraries are crucial for collaborative work, so I understand the urgency of resolving this issue. Please try the steps shared below:

Sign out of the Adobe XD & CC desktop app.
Close CoreSync and all Adobe-related services from the Task Manager/Activity Monitor.
Reboot the computer.
Sign back in on the Adobe CC desktop app, launch XD from there, and check again.

I'm having the same issue, and so far whatever mentioned in Adobe Community across the board, I tried everything but nothing works for me so far.
