Question

Shared link is not working properly, very slow, lagging and can't see any of the applied effects

I have problem with time of loading screens on shared link. All screens are loading very, very slow and is not even possible to see smooth transitions, animations or any of the applied effects. And its getting worse after page 5 on my prototype is not even possible to continue with the design review.

 

I have the latest version of XD (57.1.12) 

The browser I am using is Google Chrome

OS Windows 10  

Does anyone have simillar issue?

    • Check that your browser is up to date and supported by Adobe XD. You can find a list of supported browsers in the Adobe XD system requirements section.
    • Please try using a different browser and share the results.
    • Please also try the steps suggested in this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/xd/kb/issue-view-web-prototypes.html. 
     
    If the steps didn't work, please share the below information:

    • Does that happen with every file or with a specific file?
    • Your XD document and the link you are having trouble updating, if any.

    Hi Harshika, 

     

    I tried all the above suggestions that you gave me. I have the latest updates for all the browsers and the prototype is still slow and not working properly at any of the browsers. I am sharing the link with the rest of my team and it behaves in a same way.

    In this case I will share the link and the XD document in private massage, because it is confidential.
