Question

Shared Link limit

1. I´m using paid version of xd but nevertheless i´m not able to create more than one link. Upgrade is recommended. Which upgrade do you mean?

2. Is there any limitation of artboards to create shared links?

3. After sharing a link, the external user is able to see my entire adobe account and its content. This is horrible? How can this be avoided?

Thanks

Mehmet

    Hello,

I agree, many times what we do not see is that we are logged in with another account, and the limits have not yet been seen, I have uploaded projects with 200 tables and I have no mess.

Regarding security, it doesn't happen to me with my links, they only see what I want them to see.

Hi, exactly @Wilder.Bolaños , sometimes we need to test designs etc on some other/test account and we need to check it.

Hi Mehmet, let me try to answer your questions based on my knowledge about the XD:

1- I don't think there's a link limit for paid/pro version of XD, be sure that you're using your pro account.

2- I also don't think there's a limitation of artboards to create shared links.

3- Sharing a prototype link doesn't let any user to see your entire Adobe CC content, just creates a link to that particular prototype, you can even restrict how user can interact with the prototype and what they can see. I recorded a short screencast recently to demonstrate updating a link, you also can open your shared link to test how other users can see (if you still can't be sure, you can try opening the link in a different browser or some incognito mode etc), As you can see in that screencast, all user can see is the prototype itself: https://www.dropbox.com/s/04h58e6kjntuete/prototype-link-update-test.mov?dl=0

Hope this helps,  I'd like to get the updates about the issue.
