Sharing Adobe XD developments

Hello everyone,
A colleague is currently only using an Adobe XD trial subscription, in which he has already developed a few things.
He would like to pass this development on to a colleague.
He himself is leaving the company, so a licence would no longer be worthwhile for him.
We would then buy a licence for the other colleague.
How can he transfer his development to the colleague?
