Sharing an App prototype with client so they can view on XD iOS app

Hi folks,

I wanted to share an XD prototype for an app with a client so they can view it on their phone (in context). The clients are using iOS so all good.

I tried the standard "share for review" link creation using "only invited people can view" - But note that the prototype does not appear under the "Shared with you" part of the app.

I suspect that I should rather share the app as "Invite to Edit". The question is, can I do this with my clients who only just have a basic Adobe subscription? Also, if I do this - I presume the client would be able to just open the file on their desktop and therefore redesign all my screens - Not likely, but you know - Engineers...

Anyone shared in this way with advice on how best to put an app prototype on a clients iOS device?

Hey, Cliff-

You’re right; the only way to currently share so that they can open in their XD iOS app directly is through the “Invite to Edit” workflow.
