Sharing library locked

Hello,

 

We recently hired someone at my company to help me with design work. I want to be able to share my libarary with them, however, there is a lock icon and they are unable to add anything. I would like them to be able to update this library from their computer.

    Could you please share the screenshot? 

    Ususally Lock icon appears next to Libraries that were shared with you with Read-Only access. Can you double-check if this the Library you own? 
    If it is Read-Only, you can export that Library, Import it back to the Libraries Panel, so you become an owner and share the Library with other users.
