Sharing not available error

I am an individual, there is no organization. I get this error when I try to generate the Share link for user testing of XD prototypes.

View setting - Design Review

The situation is I am teaching a group of students remotely. The students have Adobe CC from collegebuys.org. Most students have MacOS, some have Windows. All students are using their home networks. Some students are able to get the share link and others get the message that the feature is not availble.

The version of XD and OS.
Is this happening with a specific file or multiple files?
Are you connected to a private network or a managed network like a work network?
Have you tried any other view settings apart from user testing? If not, please try and let us know how it goes.
