sharing XD design - getting error

I have students who created app designs in Adobe XD.  when they try they get the following

"you cant publish links on creative cloud due to your organizationssharting restrictions......"

I understand what it says but I hve never encountered this in th epast 5 years of using this program. I was wondering how to fix it or what to say to my admin/tec h department to fix it.
