Simplified mobile handoffs in Adobe XD
Does anyone know if Adobe XD has the following features, when handing over prototyoes to developers? Thanks

XD currently does not have InVision's "Inpect"-like features you're referring to. If I remember correctly, the shareable prototypes created by XD are PNGs with an interactive layer on top.
There are a couple of feature requests that are similar to what you're looking for, though:
