    Hi there,

     

    Sorry to hear about the trouble. Could please confirm if it's happening on a specific file or multiple files? If it's happening on multiple files, would you mind re-installing XD and check if it works fine after that?

    Tks for your reply. I re installed Xd but it changed nothing. And yes it's happening on multiple files.
