Slow image update

I edit image into Library.

Image is paste linked from Cloud Library.

Image dimensions 1920x650 px and size is 3,57 MB.

My internet connection is high speed.

After save changes into Photoshop, I switch to Adobe XD and have to wait about 17 second to image update.

This is insane time.

How to fix this?
