Some Issues I Am facing with my XD

Hi Team,

 

Earlier on preview mode, the screen recorder was working, now it doesnt,

secondly, when i export my artboards to PDF the images are getting inverted.

    Definitely sounds like a few odd issues here.
    Are you on Mac or PC? Our screen recording approaches are different so it would help to know which OS you're using.
    Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app yet? inverted images on pdf is odd.

    i have MAC system, earlier the recording feature was working fine. but from past few updates / months i coudn't able to generate video. the recording icon blinks but timer counter doesnt start neither i've been promted for saving the video if i close the preview window !!!

    Did you switch to Mac OS Catalina ? That system version is much stricter in allowing applications to perform all kinds of privacy and security related tasks. You first need to grant Adobe XD these privileges through the System Preference > Security & Privacy tab. This should pop up automatically, but for some reason it sometimes doesn't...
