Sorry, we can't open this document

Hi there,

 

I cannot open my Xd cloud document (only this one).

I have tried to open it via creative cloud desktop & website but it keeps showing error, "Sorry, we can't open this document."

I already marked several versions in history but none of them works.

I also tried to download it from cloud website but it failed.

I know there're lots of posts related to this one but I still cannot find a solution.

Hope someone can help me.

    Sorry for the delay in response. Are you still experiencing the issue with XD 35 version? If yes, you can upload the file to Dropbox or WeTransfer and share a link with me over a private message.

    Hi there,

     

    Sorry to hear you are unable to open the cloud document in XD. Is it possible for you to try to open this document in other machine? Could you please share the OS and XD version of your machine? Is it possble for you to share the file with me over a private message? You may upload the file to a shared location such as Creative Cloud or Dropbox and share the url with me over a PM.

    Thanks for the reply.

    I've tried to open the document in other machine but it doesn't work.

    My machine details:

    Windows 10 -  version 1803 OS Build 17134.1792

    Adobe Xd - 34.3.12

     

    How to share the file? The Xd file only exists on Creative Cloud.
