Sorry, Acrobat DC has encountered an error and needs to close.

This looks like a licensing error, when the application is not able to store your user's information and the licensing information in the secure storage (keychain in Mac and Credential manager in Win). Try restarting the machine if you are on Windows, or locking/unlocking keychain in Mac.
