Sound won't record in preview mode in Adobe XD

Using macOS Big Sur V11.6. Preferences for screen recording and microphone on in system pref's. Records fine but without any sound effects.

    Hi @carolineh76238118 , as far as I can see in this conversation https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-xd-discussions/prototype-voice-recording-does-not-work-on-mac-10-13-6/td-p/10316174 I suggest you to first try recording audio in other apps, and then check if there's a conflict with an extension etc like soundflower in your system. But if you don't have the app and you mean recording the "desktop audio" you can try soundflower to do that 🙂 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3dmYXfT6uLM

      Thanks, I had already used this workaround. But it is a workaround, not a solution. Adobe documentation states that sounnd should work for the preview...
