spec doesn't show blur properties

i want to share spec with the developers, but the blur properties doesn't exist there, only color and opacity.

am i missing something?

sRavit , We don't show the blur properties in Design Specs, although the image used in specs should have the blur as defined in XD.

How would your developer implement this design? Would he/she use an image as background or apply a CSS filter?
