Student Enterprise Account log in issue

So last week, my students (who all have an entripsie account through our school license) were able to log in and use XD. This past Friday, when I was starting the unit, all students were locked out of their accounts in Adobe XD. Our tech support were not able to give me any help. I have looked for articles, but have had no luck. Anyone else with this issue?

    You have to contact Adobe tech support directly. They are restricting new installs of Adobe XD and in doing so, messed up their licensing system.

    Thank you Chris. I am getting our tech support on it as we speak. Massive inconvenience.
