Subscription contains Adobe XD, but PDF downloads are limited

Hi

I have a subscription for Photoshop, Lightroom, Ilustrator etc. and: Adobe XD. I can see it in my account under "installed" and the current version is installed, showing a green dot in the account.

But when I want to export a PDF from my project in Adobe XD, it says it is limited to 2 exports. These are done now. I can't export anymore.

Whats wrong with my subscription??

    Did you work with the free Starter-Plan or Trial previously?

     

    Try to log-out and log-in to your CC desktop App. If this doesn't help – call Adobe support/chat.
