Sudden location restriction

When opening the Addobe Xd app a lot of my recent work was gone in the app. I can see the work on my account but when i try to open it I get this message: 

Creative Cloud services aren't activated, or they aren't offered in your location.

I am not in a different location as I was working on these projects the last few weeks. What can I do to fix this?

    Hi @Bianca29672164bruz,

     

    Thank you for reaching out, and sorry to hear you are unable to access your recent work in XD. We would request you to please ensure that you're logged in with the right Adobe ID. I checked your account, and it looks like you have an inactive individual subscription. In which language is XD installed on your machine, is it English?

     

    Please check your cloud documents here: Files | Adobe Creative Cloud. Let us know if you are able to see the files.
