Team is all on latest Adobe XD, but no one can open a prior version file from just a few days ago.

My team is using Adove Creative cloud and Adobe XD to create UX designs and share with each other so we can collaborate.

We are all on the latest version of Adobe XD. But we can not open a file that was saved & shared in a recent prior version just a few days back.  We all are on the latest Adobe XD.  But no one can open this previous file.  What should we do?
