Technical issue in importing XD Design system Package in VS plugin from CC Library

I have created a design system in xd and Published in cc library. Now trying to import the Package in VS code for UI development. But while tried importing the design system from CC Library I getting failed to import from library. Note: CC library link  (the link is public).
I have attached the Screenshot for the VS code import fail
