Tengo problemas a la hora de arrastrar imagenes a adobe xd

cuadno intento arrastar imagenes o archivos dentro de adobe xd no me sirve

    no he podido  solucionarlo y lo he intentado todo me sale un simbolo de prohibido cuando intento arrastrar la imagen
