Text control and formatting options seem to be missing

Is there anyway to adjust the horizontal or vertical scale of text?

Can I create outlines of text in xd?

And how do I baseline shift text? I see a superscript but it doesnt allow me to adjust baseline

Do i have to create a text box with the $ sign and a separate one for the price (attached)

You can outline text: Cmd/Ctrl + 8
I don't think you can shift baseline so you'd need a separate text for your dollar sign.
