TEXT Tool BUG: Can't edit and input TEXT

I am facing this problem from the lasting 3months. However, new updates of XD didn't resolve this BUG.

 

The problem is:
While using the TEXT tool in the XD, the text you want to edit or you want to input any text anywhere either writing text in the canvas or inputting the values in the property panel.TEXT tool hanged it does not work you must shut down the program and restrat it to use the TEXT tool normally. It then work properly.

 

This EXHUAST me again & again. and my work delays. 

 

Humble request to resolve this BUG.

    I am sorry that you are having a problem. Please provide more information.

     

    Which version of XD? Which OS and version?

     

    Does this happen for all Documents? All Text elements? All Fonts?

     

    Does this always happen? Sometimes the doc is temporarily locked while syncing to the cloud.

     

    Did you open the Layers Panel to make sure that Text element is selected (as opposed to containing Group)?

     

    Are you editing doc by yourself, or are there multiple clients collaborating?

     

    Can you make a video so we can see the problem? Be sure to include entire XD app.
