The fill option won't show suddenly for drawn shapes

Is there any setting I could've changed accidentally all the endpoints in my shapes connect.

Can you describe your steps? I can't reproduce your bug.

The "Pass Through" Blend Mode become available only if you working with Component. Is your shape a Component? You can check it in Component Panel.
