Question

The libraries are not syncing in Adobe XD, nor does it allow me to republish them.

A few days ago, I opened one of my projects in XD and noticed that all its assets appeared as broken or unlinked links. I opened the Libraries panel, only to find that all libraries had disappeared. I logged into Creative Cloud, explored the libraries from there, and found that they still exist and are there, but XD does not sync them or allow me to create new ones.

I've already tried:

  1. Uninstalling and reinstalling XD.
  2. Uninstalling Creative Cloud and using the REPAIR option.
  3. Pausing and reactivating automatic synchronization countless times from Creative Cloud

@inkubodiseño I am facing the same issue. After countless of chats with Adobe support, one of their employees shared that this is a major bug which affects many users (if not all). I'm replying here to inform everybody who stumbles upon this topic and to suggest not to bother trying any of the troubleshooting options.

2 weeks after I reported this bug, I finally received an email. See attachment. That is pretty much as much information as Adobe is willing to give.

@inkubodiseño  I'm sorry to say, but there won't be any new features or updates for XD. It's currently in a maintenance mode, so we won't see any changes moving forward. Adobe will continue to provide bug fixes and essential updates to ensure stability and security, but there will be no major updates or new feature developments.
