The library in XD is missing the Update button since the last update

Hello!

Before, when I add a new component to the library, the Publish icon became blue, and if I click on it there were 2 buttons - "Update" and "Publish". 

Now, when I add a new component, the Publish icon stays grey and there is no Update button available. I don't want to publish the Library again and again each time I need to add a little thing there because it creates a new version each time and it is hard for the team to know which version is the latest one. 

Could you bring back the Update button please!
