The program is not in CC and I can't download it

I have a macbook on m1 and a starter plan. The info says adobe xd is included in the plan, but it's not in cc

    Last year Adobe announced their intent to purchase Figma, so they've ended Adobe XD. XD is only getting minor life-support updates and has been removed so people can no longer get new memberships for it (it's only available for those who have it). If you should be seeing XD in your account because you already had it, there is an issue that many people are facing which you can read more about in this post Cannot find a download link or the app in CC for A... - Adobe Support Community

     

    I'd recommend switching to Figma (which is better) as soon as possible. One thing to keep in mind is that Adobe has not yet purchased Figma, because the purchase must still be approved by the the US and EU governments.

    Thanks fot ypur answer, I usually work in Figma, just one of my clients sent me his project in XD and I have no idea how to open it correctly
